We are pleased to announce a very exciting development relative to the LISTA organization and our valued LISTA customers. Today we are announcing our merger with of one of the most respected tool and storage manufacturers in the industry – Stanley Black and Decker. Their Stanley Vidmar division, like LISTA, is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of a wide range of storage products. Although, Stanley Vidmar manufactures and markets a similar modular cabinet product offering, they have many unique products to complement our existing offering, which we will have available to our LISTA customers in the near future.

The merger of these two leading companies and brands will establish a newly formed Storage and Workspace Solutions group. This group will be responsible for sale and support of both LISTA and Vidmar products. Therefore, in the near future you will be able to use the complete LISTA offering alongside a powerful new complement of Stanley products, such as STAK, VLM and much more.

In the short term, there will be no changes to our relationship. Your contact today will continue to be your contact tomorrow. We will maintain our commitment to providing the highest value and highest quality storage and workspace solutions in the industry.

This newly developed partnership between LISTA and Stanley Vidmar will bring many exciting benefits including expanded product offerings and sales support to you as a valued customer. Also, the merger of LISTA and Stanley Vidmar leverages resources needed to develop world class innovative products consistently delivering value added solutions.
