What finish colors do you offer? Can I order a special color?

Lista offers 10 standard powder-coat paint colors, 3 of which are available with ESD properties, and 9 powder-coat premium colors. Special colors are available for an additional charge (a color chip, RAL or PMS number must be supplied to Lista before the additional charge can be quoted). Call our Customer Service Department at 877-GO-LISTA (877-465-4782) for more information.

Lista also offers 5 standard gloss colors for our Technician Series Toolbox line.

What kind of locking and security systems do you offer?

Lista offers a number of locking options. Most Lista cabinets come with a cylinder lock and 2 keys. Additional options include keyed-alike locking systems, master locks, hinged lock bars, security shelf battens, keyless keypad locks and E-Lock electronic locks.

I need help laying out my workspace and putting together my order. How do I do that?

Our complimentary ListaWorks™ service provides the highest-quality, custom-configurable solution that precisely fits your unique space requirements.

First we listen to your needs and survey your space. Then we present a detailed, customized plan for your individual workspace and storage requirements. We’ll prepare, plan and create CAD and/or photorealistic renderings for a grouping of products or an entire room-size solution. Our solutions will maximize your efficiency and versatility while optimizing space and flexibility. And it’s all free of charge.

What if I can’t find any products that exactly fit my needs?

Lista is dedicated to providing the exact, customized solution that you require. Many of our products are available in non-standard sizes through our Variable Dimensions program. We can also customize most of our existing products to meet your specific needs through our Custom Applications process. Contact your Lista representative to learn more.

I have a Lista product, but have lost the key. How do I get a replacement?

I have a Lista product and would like to order some partitions, dividers, plastic boxes or other accessories to subdivide the drawers. How do I order them?

Call our Customer Service Department at 877-GO-LISTA (877-465-4782). You will need to supply the interior dimensions and height of each drawer that requires accessories.

I would like to order some of your products to use in my home. Can I do that?

Lista products are very popular for use in homes. In fact, we have a whole website devoted to Lista products for home garages, workshops, hobby shops, sports storage, and just about any place in the home you can think of! The site is filled with idea-starting photos of homes equipped with Lista products. The site also features an e-store, where you can order products for the home online.

Can I buy Lista products in Canada? Mexico?

Lista International manufactures its products in Holliston, MA, USA, and Burlington, ON, Canada, and sells in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and Latin America. To buy Lista products outside North and South America, please visit www.lista.com.

How do I find out the freight charges for an order?

How long does it take for me to receive my Lista products?

Lista has two ways to order and receive products. Our popular Lista Xpress program contains a huge selection of our most popular drawer cabinets, shelf cabinets, mobile cabinets, modular workstations, technical furniture and industrial workbenches. These products ship within 3-5 days of order. Our normal shipping lead time for our other products is 3-4 weeks from date of order.

I don’t have a loading dock at my location. Can I still get your product delivered?

Lista offers tail gate delivery for locations that do not have a dock-high platform. For inside delivery with removal of packaging materials, we offer white glove delivery service. Call our Customer Service Department at 877-GO-LISTA (877-465-4782) for more information and pricing.

Where do your products ship from?

Lista ships from our two manufacturing locations ̶ Holliston, MA, USA and Burlington, ON, Canada, depending on the point of manufacture. Our terms are FOB factory.
