Titan ordered 140 Lista storage cabinets. The majority of these were HS width cabinets, but Titan also purchased some mid-width cabinets fitted with butcher block countertops.

Titan USA greatly appreciates the rugged durability and remarkable capacity of their Lista cabinets. Built with heavy-gauge steel, the HS and mid-width cabinets can withstand the most extreme work environments. Plus, they have 50% more storage capacity than conventional shelving – an attribute that directly addressed Titan's immediate problem.

Lista's shallow depth Storage Wall® system proved an ideal solution for Schmersal's needs.

By replacing their industrial shelving with five rows of Storage Wall® sections, Schmersal was able to save 40% of their warehouse space. Within the modular Storage Wall® drawers, Schmersal stores electronic components and accessories of disparate size and shape, such as interlock switches, connectors, conduit adapters, turnbuckles, etc. They are able to organize their storage according to product family, which greatly enhances inventory control and reduces order picking time.

To complete their system, Schmersal also purchased eight Lista industrial workbenches. Arranged as individual workstations, and as an on-line order staging area, these workbenches serve multiple functions – from receiving and packaging to final inspection stations.

Sager purchased a system from Lista consisting of 40 mid-width modular drawer storage cabinets, each featuring a space-efficient 47" wide by 28" deep footprint. All the cabinets are painted with ESD paint, which is critical in the storage of sensitive electronic components.

CJS purchased a full squadron of 250 HS cabinets, plus two Storage Wall® systems from Lista. The high density 22.5” deep HS Cabinets are designed to make item retrieval easier and reduce reach and strain, with drawers that extend completely from the housing to allow easy access to all the contents. The HS cabinets’ 18” deep drawers require only 36” of aisle space for full drawer extension, so aisle space can be minimized.

CJS captured 10 feet of vertical space by stacking two HS cabinets atop each other. Lista custom-configured the HS drawer interiors using its flexible, modular dividing and partitioning accessories to accommodate the items CJS would be storing ─­ everything from small washers to valves, generators and actuators.
